چکیده

Asynchronous Video Interviewing (AVI) is considered one of the most recent and promising innovations in recruitment process. Using AVI combination with AI-based technologies enables recruiters/employers to automate many tasks that are typically required for screening, assessing, selecting candidates. In fact, automated assessment selection process a complex uncertain problem involving highly subjective, multiple interrelated criteria. order address these issues, an effective practical approach proposed able transform, weight, combine, rank assessments obtained through AI machine learning. The suggested combines Cumulative Belief Structures Weighted Bonferroni-OWA operator, which allows (i) aggregating scores different forms scales; (ii) incorporating interrelationships between criteria into analysis (iii) considering accuracies learning algorithms as weights criteria; (iv) weighting objectively. ensures completely data-driven efficient personnel To justify effectiveness applicability approach, example case presented new compared classical MCDM techniques.

Fuzzified weighted OWA (FWOWA) operator

In practice, it is often necessary to combine information from different sources. For this task, one of aggregation operators can be used. Probably the best-known of them are the weighted average and the OWA (ordered weighted average) operator. The weighted average makes it possible to assign importances to the individual information sources. On the other hand, with the OWA operator, the import...

MULTI-ATTRIBUTE DECISION MAKING METHOD BASED ON BONFERRONI MEAN OPERATOR and possibility degree OF INTERVAL TYPE-2 TRAPEZOIDAL FUZZY SETS

This paper proposes a new approach based on Bonferroni mean operator and possibility degree to solve fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (FMADM) problems in which the attribute value takes the form of interval type-2 fuzzy numbers. We introduce the concepts of interval possibility mean value and present a new method for calculating the possibility degree of two interval trapezoidal type-2 fuz...

Distance measures, weighted averages, OWA operators and Bonferroni means

The ordered weighted average (OWA) is an aggregation operator that provides a parameterized family of operators between the minimum and the maximum. This paper presents the OWA weighted average distance operator. The main advantage of this new approach is that it unifies the weighted Hamming distance and the OWA distance in the same formulation and considering the degree of importance that each...

Owa Operator-based Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment of Transformer Condition

The indicators system and indicators normalization method for the condition assessment of Transformer is developed and membership function of the indicators is established. The establishment of Expert Weight is decided jointly by subjective weight and objective weight which is based on entropy weight thoughts, while the indicators weight is gained by the weight which is derived from the standar...

Generalized Fuzzy Linguistic Weighted Bonferroni Mean Operator

In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems with fuzzy linguistic information. Motivated by the ideal of generalized Bonferroni mean, we develop the generalized fuzzy linguistic Bonferroni Mean (GFLBM) operator for aggregating the fuzzy linguistic information. For the situations where the input arguments have different importance, we then define the gene...
